Minutes of PCCG lesson 2010
Date: 25 Feb 2010 Time: 12.45p.m.to 1.45p.m. Venue: 2I Classroom

Agenda
The agenda for this lesson was as follows:
• Why is the class not reaching its maximum potential?
Everyone in the class had to stand up individually to give reasons to explain this phenomenon, or to suggest how to improve the present situation.
No. Matter Discussed
1. Reasons
1.1 We are stressed by our academic life as year twos, as subjects taught are much harder to comprehend compared to year one. We have also been bombarded by common tests recently.
1.2 We also have more responsibility in our CCAs as we are representing our school in competitions and performing in concerts. Because of the above reasons, there is less time for us to bond.
1.3 Now, we also have many other commitments, so some of us cannot really be bothered to help out more than we are required to.
1.4 The class committee has been very busy lately, hence quite slack.
1.5 Our class cleanliness has been declining. This could be due to the “someone else will get it done” mindset in some pupils.
1.6 It is not a ‘class culture’ in Iver to speak up, and we lack initiative sometimes.
1.7 Positions (Class committee, notice board and class tee committee) are quite new to most of the class.
2. Suggestions For Improvement
2.1 Better time management and prioritizing.
2.2 Class committee members to delegate duties to non-committee members (hence the notice board and class tee committees)
2.3 Whole class to show more concern, support and motivate each other. However, motivation should also come from within.
2.4 Give more suggestions to the class tee and the notice board committee to make our class more bonded and look nicer.
2.5 There should also be enhanced communication within the whole class.
2.6 More class activities including a class outing to bond the class better.
2.7 Every single Iverian has to play a part in improving the class; it isn’t just one person or a group of people’s job. The effort of the whole class counts.
2.8 Every Iverian to be in a committee (?)
After this PCCG lesson, hearing the feedback from pupils as well as teachers, the class was made more aware of any improvements that have to be made, as well as how to go about doing them.

Did u see the
NEW LOST N FOUND BOX at the homeroom corner? No? *Slap urself in the face* ok, just look behind frm your seat, n you'll see it! Very cool rite? Left? *Slap again! The other side pls~*
So you noe wad it's for? Of cos......not. *AGAIN!* if u see any random piece of
stationery (eraser, stapler, pencil etc. NOT TISSUE PAPER OK! Pieces of stapler bullet dun count either><) then you can just
put it inside^^ (i noe someone who has a stationery FULL of lost items from the floor!)
Please
do not STEAL or BORROW from the lost n found box ok! If you want to, later the owner come slap u not my problem:DDD
