Err, 2morrow is the NAPFA retest day, but more importantly, those who passed will be freed from the months of torment and excruciatingly tiring preperations for NAPFA at last!!! (claps)
Ok, so for those who passed, good for u. U have finally proven yourself worthy of the next stage: Inter-Class training!! The boys have already started their training yea, so i hope to see the girls also coming together to prepare for the inter class. Don't see inter class @end year then slack arh...
Okay, for those who did not pass by just a teeny little bit... tommorow's your day to prove it to the school that YOU are not just a nerdy book worm or teacher's pet(no offence), but actually both a physically(5 stations) and mentally(2.4 km) fit athelete, capable of doing things that can surprise the rest.

Dion!! show them, you can crush that pull up bar and get the 5 points!
Kelly!! focus on the explosive power of your legs, not the momentum of your arm swing. The girls are waiting...
