雪中飞翔的燕子As history rep., it's only right that I make history come alive for you, right???So, as sharon ends her installment of Dave, I'm going to start a new series.....i gurantee it wouldn't make u fall asleep at least!!
In honour of Jeremy and his history group (actually his poem),I'll be writing about Funan.So sit back and relax as I tell you what happened long long ago, before there was ever a Funan DigitalLife Mall!
The envoy from China was amazed by what he saw in Funan.(now Cambodia) Rows of stilt houses lined the fertile delta, and rice paddies were everywhere,the people toiling industriously.Then he thought: It's just as well because the people depend on farming to survive!
As he drew closer,he noticed that something was very much amiss!Instead of slaves and farmers tending to the crops,there were automatons (clockwork figures) !The slaves and farmers had disappeared,and in their place was *gasp men from the future,wearing strange clothes.The Chinese language that they spoke was barely recognisable to the envoy.
